The Nar Phu & Annapurna Circuit trek is a thrilling combination of remote wilderness and classic Himalayan adventure. Beginning at Koto, the trail ventures deep into the hidden valleys of Nar and Phu, where ancient Tibetan culture thrives in stone-built villages untouched by time. This secluded region offers dramatic gorges, high cliffside monasteries, and breathtaking views of Kangaru Himal, Himlung, and Pisang Peak.

After exploring Nar Phu, trekkers cross the formidable Kang La Pass (5,320m), descending into Manang to rejoin the world-famous Annapurna Circuit. From here, the journey follows the classic trail through alpine landscapes, yak pastures, and high ridges toward the legendary Thorong La Pass (5,416m). Standing at the top, trekkers are rewarded with majestic panoramas of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.

Descending from Thorong La, the trek continues to the sacred Muktinath Temple, before following the Kali Gandaki Valley through charming villages and apple orchards. The route offers the perfect balance of remote cultural immersion in Nar Phu and the sweeping grandeur of the Annapurna Circuit.
